I offer a compassionate and holistic approach to help you navigate life’s challenges, heal from past wounds, and create lasting change. Using a blend of evidence-based modalities, I provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, empowering you to live a more fulfilling life.

My Approach:

  • Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART): ART is a cutting-edge, trauma-focused therapy that helps you quickly resolve distressing memories and emotional pain. By using eye movements and other techniques, we work together to transform negative memories, allowing you to heal and move forward with greater ease and clarity. 

  • Narrative Therapy: In this approach, we explore the stories you tell about yourself and the meaning you attach to your experiences. By reshaping these narratives, I help you gain new perspectives, reframe challenges, and create a more empowering sense of self that promotes healing and growth.

  • Experiential Therapy: This modality focuses on engaging your emotions and experiences in the present moment. We’ll work together to uncover and process deep-rooted emotional patterns, providing opportunities for healing through direct emotional expression, creative activities, and meaningful connections.

  • Somatic Therapy: Our bodies carry the wisdom of our experiences, and somatic therapy uses the mind-body connection to promote healing. Through mindful awareness of physical sensations, we explore how stored emotions affect your body, helping you release tension, reduce stress, and cultivate emotional balance.

  • Feminist Therapy: I believe in creating an empowering environment that acknowledges and addresses societal and cultural factors that impact your mental health. By focusing on gender equality, social justice, and your personal experiences, we work to break down internalized oppression and foster self-empowerment.

Together, we’ll explore and address the root causes of your struggles, so you can build healthier coping strategies, develop greater self-awareness, and create a life aligned with your values. I am here to support you through every step of your healing journey.
